Los siguientes t\u00e9rminos y condiciones se aplican s\u00f3lo a los clientes que han optado por darse de baja despu\u00e9s de 60 d\u00edas de servicio con MCE. Los clientes que hayan recibido el servicio de MCE durante\u00a0menos<\/u>\u00a0de 60 d\u00edas est\u00e1n exentos de estas condiciones para volver al servicio y volver a la facturaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar al final de su ciclo de facturaci\u00f3n actual.<\/em><\/p>

Los clientes que se den de baja despu\u00e9s de recibir el servicio MCE durante m\u00e1s de 60 d\u00edas son previo pago de una tasa \u00fanica de rescisi\u00f3n de $5 (clientes residenciales) o $25 (clientes comerciales).<\/strong><\/span>. Adem\u00e1s, los clientes est\u00e1n sujetos a los t\u00e9rminos y condiciones de servicio de PG&E, que se describen a continuaci\u00f3n, y est\u00e1n obligados por PG&E a elegir uno de los m\u00e9todos siguientes para volver a las tarifas de generaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica de PG&E<\/strong><\/span>. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEsta opci\u00f3n lo regresar\u00e1 a las tarifas de PG&E al final de su ciclo de facturaci\u00f3n actual, despu\u00e9s de cinco d\u00edas h\u00e1biles a partir de esta solicitud. MCE dejar\u00e1 de facturarle los servicios de generaci\u00f3n de electricidad, que ser\u00e1n sustituidos por los servicios de generaci\u00f3n de electricidad de PG&E facturados a una tarifa de transici\u00f3n durante seis meses. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Si notifica a PG&E con seis meses de antelaci\u00f3n su intenci\u00f3n de volver a su servicio, podr\u00e1 quedar excluido de las tarifas transitorias mencionadas. Los clientes que seleccionen esta opci\u00f3n regresar\u00e1n a PG&E seis meses despu\u00e9s del final de su ciclo de facturaci\u00f3n actual, transcurridos cinco d\u00edas h\u00e1biles desde esta solicitud. Al concluir el per\u00edodo de seis meses, los cargos por generaci\u00f3n de MCE ser\u00e1n reemplazados por las tarifas est\u00e1ndar y agrupadas de PG&E.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Tenga en cuenta lo siguiente: <\/strong><\/span>La tramitaci\u00f3n de su solicitud de exclusi\u00f3n puede tardar hasta cinco d\u00edas laborables. La solicitud de exclusi\u00f3n debe ser procesada tanto por MCE como por PG&E. Su cuenta volver\u00e1 a la generaci\u00f3n de PG&E al final del ciclo de facturaci\u00f3n siguiente al quinto d\u00eda h\u00e1bil. Si su pr\u00f3ximo ciclo de facturaci\u00f3n comienza antes de que MCE y PG&E puedan procesar su solicitud, podr\u00e1 recibir un mes adicional de servicios de generaci\u00f3n de MCE.
