Acepto que los clips de v\u00eddeo o audio, las fotograf\u00edas, las reproducciones y los negativos de los mismos constituir\u00e1n propiedad exclusiva de la MCE y que la MCE tiene pleno derecho a disponer de cualquiera de ellos o de todos ellos de cualquier manera.<\/p><p>Entiendo y acepto que dichas fotograf\u00edas y\/o clips de v\u00eddeo y audio pueden utilizarse en cualquier medio de comunicaci\u00f3n, como materiales impresos, de difusi\u00f3n y electr\u00f3nicos\/en l\u00ednea, para diversos fines, incluidos, entre otros, usos promocionales y publicitarios, comunicados de asuntos p\u00fablicos, materiales educativos o de contrataci\u00f3n, u otros esfuerzos relacionados. Este material tambi\u00e9n puede aparecer en los sitios o p\u00e1ginas web de la MCE o en sitios o redes sociales de terceros.  Acepto que el material pueda combinarse con otras im\u00e1genes, texto, gr\u00e1ficos, pel\u00edculas, audio y obras audiovisuales, y que pueda recortarse, alterarse o modificarse.  Renuncio a cualquier derecho que pueda tener a inspeccionar o aprobar el producto o productos acabados, o el texto publicitario u otro material publicado que pueda utilizarse en relaci\u00f3n con los mismos, o el uso al que pueda aplicarse.<\/p><p>Estoy informado y reconozco que no recibir\u00e9 ninguna compensaci\u00f3n por el uso, reproducci\u00f3n, licencia o publicaci\u00f3n de mi imagen. Tambi\u00e9n eximo a MCE de cualquier reclamaci\u00f3n que pueda surgir en relaci\u00f3n con el uso de mi imagen, incluyendo pero no limitado a cualquier reclamaci\u00f3n por difamaci\u00f3n, invasi\u00f3n de la privacidad y violaci\u00f3n de los derechos morales, derechos de publicidad, marca registrada y derechos de autor.<\/p><p>He le\u00eddo esta autorizaci\u00f3n y descargo de responsabilidad. Certifico que no soy menor de edad y que soy libre y capaz de dar dicho consentimiento.
