MCE may use any of the Customer Materials individually and\/or combined, and may integrate the Customer Materials into other materials.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f016d7e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f016d7e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I understand and agree that MCE Materials and\/or Customer Materials may be used in any media, such as print, broadcast, and electronic\/on-line materials, for various purposes, including without limitation, promotional and advertising uses, public affairs releases, educational or recruitment materials, or other endeavors by MCE. The MCE Material and\/or Customer Material may also appear on MCE website(s) or webpage(s) or other third-party websites or social media outlets. I agree that the MCE Materials and\/or Customer Materials may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c866125 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c866125\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products, or the advertising copy or other published matter that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which the MCE Materials and\/or the Customer Materials may be applied. I am informed and acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use, reproduction, license or publication of the likeness of me and\/or my property. I also release MCE from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the likeness of me and\/or my property, including but not limited to any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, and infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, trademark and copyright.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b56aa9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b56aa9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I have read this authorization and release.
