MCE Solar Charge a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 American Solar Corporation, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Marin, et les stations pour VE ont \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9es en partie par l'autorit\u00e9 de transport de Marin et le district de gestion de la qualit\u00e9 de l'air de la r\u00e9gion de la baie.
