Les clients qui ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du service MCE pendant\u00a0<u>moins<\/u>\u00a0de plus de 60 jours sont exempt\u00e9es de ces conditions de remise en service et de retour \u00e0 la facturation standard \u00e0 la fin de leur cycle de facturation en cours.<\/em><\/p><p>Les clients qui se retirent apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u le service MCE pendant plus de 60 jours sont <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>moyennant le paiement d'une indemnit\u00e9 de r\u00e9siliation unique de $5 (clients r\u00e9sidentiels) ou de $25 (clients commerciaux).<\/strong><\/span>. En outre, les clients sont soumis aux conditions de service de PG&amp;E, d\u00e9crites ci-dessous, et sont tenus de respecter les conditions de service de PG&amp;E. <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>exig\u00e9 par PG&amp;E de choisir l'une des m\u00e9thodes ci-dessous afin de revenir aux tarifs de production d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de PG&amp;E<\/strong><\/span>. Les r\u00e8gles de PG&amp;E interdisent aux clients qui reviennent aux tarifs de PG&amp;E de changer \u00e0 nouveau de fournisseur pendant douze mois.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-745efca e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"745efca\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d22c774 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d22c774\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Option 1 - Retour \u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode de facturation actuelle en utilisant les tarifs transitoires de PG&amp;E pendant six mois<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a85798 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a85798\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCette option vous ram\u00e8nera aux tarifs de PG&amp;E \u00e0 la fin de votre cycle de facturation actuel, cinq jours ouvrables apr\u00e8s cette demande. MCE cessera de vous facturer les services de production d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, qui seront remplac\u00e9s par les services de production d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 de PG&amp;E factur\u00e9s \u00e0 un tarif transitoire pendant six mois. Le tarif transitoire de PG&amp;E est bas\u00e9 sur les prix du march\u00e9 de l'\u00e9nergie et peut varier au cours de la p\u00e9riode de six mois ; ces tarifs peuvent \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieurs ou inf\u00e9rieurs aux tarifs standard. \u00c0 l'issue de cette p\u00e9riode de transition, vos frais de production d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 reviendront aux tarifs standard et group\u00e9s de PG&amp;E. Votre compte reviendra \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration PG&amp;E \u00e0 la fin du cycle de facturation suivant le cinqui\u00e8me jour ouvrable. Si votre prochain cycle de facturation commence avant que MCE et PG&amp;E ne soient en mesure de traiter votre demande, vous pourrez b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'un mois suppl\u00e9mentaire de services de production de la part de MCE. PG&amp;E ne transf\u00e8re votre compte qu'\u00e0 la fin d'un cycle de facturation et ne peut pas le faire au milieu d'un cycle de facturation.
