comme l'\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne et les piles \u00e0 combustible - \u00e0 leur domicile ou dans leur entreprise seront factur\u00e9s dans le cadre du plan de facturation solaire (SBP) s'ils remplissent l'une des conditions suivantes :<\/p><ul><li>Avoir une nouvelle installation et avoir rempli une demande d'autorisation d'exploitation (PTO) aupr\u00e8s de PG&amp;E. <b>apr\u00e8s<\/b> 14 avril 2023<\/li><li>Vous \u00eates un client Net Energy Metering existant dont la p\u00e9riode de 20 ans a expir\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c149e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2c149e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez du plan de facturation solaire, que vous avez rempli votre demande apr\u00e8s le 14 avril 2023 et que vous avez re\u00e7u votre PTO avant le 15 avril 2024, vous serez temporairement factur\u00e9 selon le plan de facturation solaire en vigueur. <a href=\"https:\/\/mcecleanenergy.org\/fr\/net-energy-metering\/\">Programme NEM<\/a> pendant un an, jusqu'\u00e0 votre prochain cycle true-up.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Si vous passez du plan Net Energy Metering au plan de facturation solaire<\/b> - vous pourrez conserver tous vos cr\u00e9dits solaires lorsque vous passerez au nouveau plan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89a2ab5 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"89a2ab5\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[],&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17abb17 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"17abb17\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;jet_parallax_layout_list&quot;:[]}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-babd464 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"babd464\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Comment \u00e7a marche<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f297aab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f297aab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dans le cadre du plan de facturation solaire, tous les clients passeront \u00e0 la grille tarifaire E-ELEC et les charges\/cr\u00e9dits de livraison et de production d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 seront r\u00e9gl\u00e9s sur une base mensuelle. \u00c0 la fin de chaque p\u00e9riode de 12 mois, d'avril \u00e0 mars, MCE proc\u00e9dera \u00e0 son encaissement annuel.<\/p><h5><b>La facturation mensuelle comprendra<\/b><\/h5><ul><li>Frais pour l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 import\u00e9e du r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique aux tarifs de d\u00e9tail en fonction de l'heure d'utilisation<\/li><li>Cr\u00e9dits \u00e0 l'exportation pour l'\u00e9nergie solaire au taux applicable <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pge.com\/en\/clean-energy\/solar\/getting-started-with-solar\/solar-billing-plan.html#energyexportcredit\">Valeur des cr\u00e9dits \u00e0 l'exportation d'\u00e9nergie<\/a>qui refl\u00e8te la valeur de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour le r\u00e9seau \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 (tarif de gros)<\/li><li>Cr\u00e9dits suppl\u00e9mentaires sur la facture pour les personnes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant du service dans des conditions particuli\u00e8res<ul><li><b>Cr\u00e9dit d'imp\u00f4t solaire MCE<\/b> \u00e9gal \u00e0 10% du total des cr\u00e9dits d'exportation d'\u00e9nergie obtenus au cours de cette p\u00e9riode de facturation. Tous les clients re\u00e7oivent le MCE Solar Bonus Credit.<\/li><li><b>Cr\u00e9dit bonifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l'exportation d'\u00e9nergie<\/b> pour tous les clients r\u00e9sidentiels qui ajoutent un syst\u00e8me solaire entre 2023 et 2027. Les clients \u00e0 faibles revenus b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d'un cr\u00e9dit de prime \u00e0 l'exportation d'\u00e9nergie l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" qui ont une batterie et <a href=\"https:\/\/mcecleanenergy.org\/fr\/solar-storage-credit\/\">s'inscrire au programme<\/a>$10 par mois pour les syst\u00e8mes de moins de 20 kWh et $20 pour les syst\u00e8mes de plus de 20 kWh<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h5>\u00a0<\/h5><h5><b>L'encaissement annuel du MCE<\/b><\/h5><p>\u00c0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode annuelle d'amortissement, au printemps, si vous avez produit plus d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 que vous n'en avez consomm\u00e9, vous pourrez b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'un paiement d'amortissement bas\u00e9 sur votre surplus d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Les paiements de compensation sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s au taux de compensation de l'exc\u00e9dent net, ou au taux de gros moyen pendant les heures de production solaire au cours des 12 derniers mois.<\/li><li>Les comptes actifs dont le solde admissible est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 $200 recevront automatiquement un ch\u00e8que \u00e0 l'adresse postale enregistr\u00e9e (dans la limite de $5 000 par compte).<\/li><li>Les soldes \u00e9ligibles de $200 ou moins recevront un cr\u00e9dit sur une facture ult\u00e9rieure.<\/li><li>S'il vous reste des cr\u00e9dits d'exportation d'\u00e9nergie exc\u00e9dentaires au moment de l'encaissement, ils seront report\u00e9s sur le cycle suivant pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans les cycles de facturation
