MCE est \u00e0 la t\u00eate de cette initiative avec son programme Green Workforce Pathways (GWP).<\/p><p>Pour contribuer \u00e0 la formation d'une main-d'\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e, MCE a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le programme GWP afin de mettre en relation les demandeurs d'emploi et les opportunit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re dans l'industrie de l'\u00e9lectrification. Le programme reconna\u00eet qu'une approche flexible et personnalis\u00e9e est essentielle pour r\u00e9pondre aux divers besoins de l'industrie de l'\u00e9lectrification. Cette approche permet de combler le foss\u00e9 entre les entrepreneurs et les demandeurs d'emploi, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les deux parties soient dot\u00e9es des comp\u00e9tences les plus r\u00e9centes.<\/p><p>Depuis 2021, le programme GWP a form\u00e9 80 demandeurs d'emploi dans le domaine de l'\u00e9lectrification et de l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et a plac\u00e9 33 demandeurs d'emploi aupr\u00e8s d'entrepreneurs locaux.<\/p><p>MCE s'associe \u00e0 des organisations locales pour aider \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des programmes de formation, offrir des cours sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s sur l'efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et fournir du mat\u00e9riel de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re, pour finalement mettre en relation les demandeurs d'emploi avec des entrepreneurs et des projets d'\u00e9nergie propre.
