Une partie des fonds collect\u00e9s dans le cadre de ce programme est directement revers\u00e9e aux r\u00e9sidents et aux petites entreprises sous la forme du California Climate Credit, ce qui en fait \u00e0 la fois une solution climatique et un outil d'all\u00e8gement des co\u00fbts.<\/p><p>La plupart des clients r\u00e9sidentiels voient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le cr\u00e9dit appliqu\u00e9 automatiquement \u00e0 leur facture deux fois par an, sans qu'ils aient besoin de faire quoi que ce soit. Historiquement, cela se produit en avril et en octobre. Bien que le montant varie d'une ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l'autre, les clients r\u00e9sidentiels de MCE ont re\u00e7u un cr\u00e9dit de $67 pour le gaz naturel et de $58 pour l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en 2025.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-99a7387 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"99a7387\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Qu'est-ce qui change en 2026 ?<\/h4><p>En 2026, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cpuc.ca.gov\/climatecredit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Commission californienne des services publics (CPUC)<\/a> proc\u00e8de \u00e0 un changement important. Le cr\u00e9dit r\u00e9sidentiel d'avril 2026 a \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendu et sera redistribu\u00e9 au cours des mois o\u00f9 la facture est la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, afin de mieux soutenir les clients lorsque les co\u00fbts de l'\u00e9nergie sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s.
