Sumasang-ayon ako na ang mga video o audio clip, litrato, pagpaparami, at mga negatibo nito ay bubuo ng tanging pag-aari ng MCE at ang MCE ay may ganap na karapatang itapon ang anuman o lahat ng mga ito sa anumang paraan.<\/p><p>Naiintindihan ko at sumasang-ayon ako na ang nasabing mga larawan at\/o video at audio clip ay maaaring gamitin sa anumang media, tulad ng print, broadcast, at electronic\/online na materyales, para sa iba&#039;t ibang layunin, kabilang ang walang limitasyon, paggamit sa promosyon at advertising, mga public affairs release, pang-edukasyon o recruitment na materyales, o iba pang kaugnay na pagsisikap. Ang materyal na ito ay maaari ding lumabas sa (mga) website ng MCE o (mga) webpage o iba pang mga third-party na website o mga social media outlet. Sumasang-ayon ako na ang materyal ay maaaring isama sa iba pang mga larawan, teksto, graphics, pelikula, audio, audio-visual na mga gawa; at maaaring i-crop, baguhin, o baguhin.
