Permission to Operate (PTO) kasama ang PG&amp;E <b>pagkatapos<\/b> Abril 14, 2023<\/li><li>Ay isang umiiral na customer ng Net Energy Metering na ang 20-taong panahon ng legacy ay nag-expire na<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c149e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2c149e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Kung ikaw ay nasa Solar Billing Plan, nakumpleto ang iyong aplikasyon pagkatapos ng Abril 14, 2023, at natanggap ang iyong PTO bago ang Abril 15, 2024 \u2014 pansamantala kang sisingilin sa ilalim ng umiiral na <a class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sa ilalim ng Solar Billing Plan, lahat ng mga customer ay ililipat sa iskedyul ng rate ng E-ELEC at pareho ang paghahatid ng kuryente at mga singil\/kredito sa pagbuo ng kuryente ay binabayaran sa buwanang batayan. Sa pagtatapos ng bawat 12 buwan mula Abril hanggang Marso, magsasagawa ang MCE ng taunang cash-out nito.<\/p><h5><b>Kasama sa buwanang pagsingil ang:<\/b><\/h5><ul><li>Mga singil para sa kuryenteng na-import mula sa electric grid sa mga retail time-of-use rate<\/li><li>Solar export credits sa naaangkop <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pge.com\/en\/clean-energy\/solar\/getting-started-with-solar\/solar-billing-plan.html#energyexportcredit\">Halaga ng Credit Export ng Enerhiya<\/a>, na sumasalamin sa halaga ng kapangyarihan sa grid sa anumang oras (bulyawan rate)<\/li><li>Mga karagdagang kredito sa pagsingil para sa mga tumatanggap ng serbisyo sa ilalim ng mga espesyal na kundisyon<ul><li><b>MCE Solar Bonus Credit<\/b> katumbas ng 10% ng kabuuang Energy Export Credits na nakuha sa panahon ng pagsingil na iyon. Lahat ng mga customer ay tumatanggap ng MCE Solar Bonus Credit.<\/li><li><b>Energy Export Bonus Credit<\/b> para sa lahat ng residential solar customer na nagdaragdag ng solar system sa pagitan ng 2023 at 2027.
