\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u670d\u52a1\u9009\u9879\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u793e\u533a\u73b0\u5728\u4e3a\u5176\u516c\u5171\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u8def\u706f\u548c\u5e02\u653f\u670d\u52a1\u8d2d\u4e70\u65e0\u78b3\u7535\u529b\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143<\/strong> \u8207\u7e7c\u7e8c\u4f7f\u7528 PG&amp;E \u7684\u7528\u6236\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u8f49\u7528 MCE \u7684\u7528\u6236\u5728\u8f49\u63db\u70ba MCE \u7528\u6236\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u3002<\/li><li>MCE \u51b3\u5b9a\u5b89\u88c5\u516c\u5171\u5145\u7535\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u73af\u4fdd\u5c40\uff08EPA\uff09\u8d44\u52a9\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u533a\u57df\u5728\u7535\u52a8\u6c7d\u8f66\u5145\u7535\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u65b9\u9762\u5b58\u5728\u5de8\u5927\u7f3a\u53e3\u3002\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u4e00\u5e74\u91cc <strong>MCE \u7684\u7535\u52a8\u6c7d\u8f66\u5145\u7535\u8ba1\u5212 MCEv \u4ee5\u53ca\u6211\u4eec\u81ea\u5df1\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u5145\u7535\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u4e3a\u7f29\u5c0f\u7535\u52a8\u6c7d\u8f66\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u5dee\u8ddd\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u8d85\u8fc7 40% \u7684\u8d21\u732e\u3002<\/strong><\/li><li>\u8d85\u8fc7 <strong>\u5df2\u6709 33,000 \u540d MCE \u5ba2\u6237\u6295\u8d44\u5c4b\u9876\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u3001<\/strong> \u53d7\u76ca\u4e8e MCE \u7684\u6ea2\u4ef7\u8d39\u7387\uff0c\u8be5\u8d39\u7387\u5bf9\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u8d85\u989d\u53d1\u7535\u91cf\u8fdb\u884c\u8865\u507f\u3002<\/li><li>\u73b0\u5728\u6709 <strong>\u9a6c\u6797\u53bf\u7684\u7535\u52a8\u6c7d\u8f66\u5145\u7535\u7ad9\u6570\u91cf\u591a\u4e8e\u52a0\u6cb9\u7ad9\u6570\u91cf<\/strong> - \u8fd9\u90e8\u5206\u5f52\u529f\u4e8e MCE \u5bf9\u5f53\u5730\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/li><li>\u5728 MCE \u6295\u8d44\u7684\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0cMCE \u670d\u52a1\u533a\u57df\u5185\u7684 12 \u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u9879\u76ee\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u4e2d\u3002 <strong>\u96c6\u4f53\u63d0\u4f9b\u7ea6 25 \u5146\u74e6\u7684\u6e05\u6d01\u7535\u529b<\/strong> - \u6bcf\u5e74\u4e3a 12,000 \u591a\u6237\u5bb6\u5ead\u63d0\u4f9b\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u7535\u529b\u3002<\/li><li>MCE \u5df2 \u6839\u636e\u7f8e\u56fd\u73af\u4fdd\u5c40\u7684\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u5f53\u91cf\u8ba1\u7b97\u5668\uff0c\u81ea\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u63a8\u51fa\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u5df2\u6709\u8fd1 72,200 \u4ee5\u7a33\u5b9a\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u6e05\u6d01\u7684\u7535\u529b\uff0c\u5927\u5927\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u4e0e\u80fd\u6e90\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u5f53\u5730\u80fd\u6e90\u8ba1\u5212\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u518d\u6295\u8d44\u3002MCE
