\u7cfb\u5217\u4fa7\u91cd\u4e8e\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3001\u6c14\u5019\u884c\u52a8\u6218\u7565\u4ee5\u53ca\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6240\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u6c14\u5019\u638c\u63e1\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u624b\u4e2d\u3002\u60a8\u5c06\u91c7\u53d6\u4ec0\u4e48\u884c\u52a8\uff1f\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8bf7\u8bbf\u95ee <a href=\"http:\/\/mcecares.org\/\">mceCares.org<\/a>.<\/strong><\/h5><p>\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/nation\/2020\/02\/14\/climate-change-study-plant-animal-extinction\/4760646002\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00<\/a> \u7684\u7269\u79cd\u5728\u672a\u6765 50 \u5e74\u5185\u9762\u4e34\u706d\u7edd\u7684\u5371\u9669\u3002\u5168\u7403\u6c14\u5019\u5e26\u6b63\u5728\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u52a8\u690d\u7269\u5c06\u65e0\u6cd5\u5feb\u901f\u8fc1\u79fb\u6216\u9002\u5e94\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u65e0\u6cd5\u751f\u5b58\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u7269\u79cd\u7684\u6570\u91cf\u4e5f\u5c06\u56e0\u6816\u606f\u5730\u7684\u5267\u70c8\u53d8\u5316\u800c\u51cf\u5c11\u3002\u6c14\u5019\u5371\u673a\u662f\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u73af\u5883\u7684\u5934\u53f7\u5168\u7403\u6027\u5a01\u80c1\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u8fc5\u901f\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u73af\u5883\u9020\u6210\u6700\u707e\u96be\u6027\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u73ca\u745a\u7901<\/strong><\/p><p>\u4e0e\u4e9a\u9a6c\u900a\u6cb3\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u73ca\u745a\u7901\u4e5f\u662f\u5730\u7403\u4e0a\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u73ca\u745a\u7901\u4fdd\u62a4\u6d77\u5cb8\u7ebf\u4e0d\u53d7\u4fb5\u8680\uff0c\u662f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u751f\u7269\u7684\u5bb6\u56ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/coral-reefs\/basic-information-about-coral-reefs#:~:text=Coral%20reefs%20are%20among%20the,point%20in%20their%20life%20cycle.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">25%<\/a> \u6d77\u6d0b\u751f\u7269\uff0c\u5e76\u5438\u6536\u8fd1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/ocean-acidification\/understanding-science-ocean-and-coastal-acidification\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">30%<\/a> \u5927\u6c14\u4e2d\u7684\u78b3\u3002\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u6d77\u6d0b\u9178\u5316\u548c\u6c34\u6e29\u5347\u9ad8\u4f7f\u73ca\u745a\u3001\u6d6e\u6e38\u751f\u7269\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6d77\u6d0b\u751f\u7269\u96be\u4ee5\u5f62\u6210\u73ca\u745a\u7901\u3002\u6c34\u6e29\u5347\u9ad8\u9020\u6210\u7684\u8fc7\u70ed\u4f1a\u5f15\u8d77\u73ca\u745a\u767d\u5316\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5bfc\u81f4\u73ca\u745a\u6b7b\u4ea1\u30022014 \u5e74\u81f3 2017 \u5e74\u95f4 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climate.gov\/news-features\/understanding-climate\/unprecedented-3-years-global-coral-bleaching-2014%E2%80%932017\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">75%<\/a> \u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u7684\u73ca\u745a\u7901\u7ecf\u5386\u4e86\u8db3\u4ee5\u5f15\u53d1\u767d\u5316\u7684\u9ad8\u6e29\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u5165\u4fb5\u7269\u79cd<\/strong><\/p><p>\u5929\u6c14\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u9884\u8ba1\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u52a8\u690d\u7269\u7269\u79cd\u8fc1\u79fb\u5230\u65b0\u7684\u6816\u606f\u5730\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u975e\u672c\u5730\u7269\u79cd\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a \"\u5165\u4fb5\u7269\u79cd\"\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4eec\u4fb5\u5165\u4e86\u5176\u4ed6\u7269\u79cd\u5df2\u7ecf\u9002\u5e94\u7684\u6816\u606f\u5730\u3002\u5165\u4fb5\u7269\u79cd\u5a01\u80c1\u7740\u672c\u5730\u91ce\u751f\u52a8\u7269\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5728\u65b0\u7684\u6816\u606f\u5730\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5929\u654c\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u5f80\u5f80\u4f1a\u5728\u98df\u7269\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u8d44\u6e90\u65b9\u9762\u4e0e\u672c\u5730\u7269\u79cd\u7ade\u4e89\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u8fc1\u79fb\u5bfc\u81f4\u7ef4\u6301\u73b0\u6709\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u6240\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\u672c\u5730\u7269\u79cd\u706d\u7edd\u3002\u4ec5\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\uff0c\u5165\u4fb5\u7269\u79cd\u5c31\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u4ee5\u4e0b\u635f\u5931 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smithsonianmag.com\/science-nature\/how-climate-change-is-helping-invasive-species-take-over-180947630\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6bcf\u5e74\u7ea6 $300 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143<\/a> \u5728\u6839\u9664\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u68ee\u6797<\/strong><\/p><p>\u68ee\u6797\u5728\u8c03\u8282\u5168\u7403\u6c14\u5019\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u4ece 2001 \u5e74\u5230 2019 \u5e74 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wri.org\/insights\/forests-absorb-twice-much-carbon-they-emit-each-year\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u68ee\u6797\u6bcf\u5e74\u5438\u6536 76 \u4ebf\u5428\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u3001<\/a> \u6216\u6bd4\u7f8e\u56fd\u6bcf\u5e74\u6392\u653e\u7684\u78b3\u591a 1.5 \u500d\u3002\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u5bf9\u68ee\u6797\u6784\u6210\u5a01\u80c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u706b\u707e\u98ce\u9669\u589e\u52a0\u3001\u964d\u6c34\u91cf\u51cf\u5c11\u3001\u5165\u4fb5\u7269\u79cd\u98ce\u9669\u589e\u52a0\u4ee5\u53ca\u6606\u866b\u7206\u53d1\u589e\u52a0\u30022020 \u5e74\uff0c\u4ec5\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u7684\u91ce\u706b\u5b63\u8282 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfchronicle.com\/california-wildfires\/article\/California-wildfires-emitted-a-huge-amount-of-15775044.php#:~:text=Wildfires%20emitted%20111.7%20million%20metric,figures%20are%20available%20by%20sector.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6392\u653e\u4e86 1.117 \u4ebf\u5428\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3<\/a>\u548c\u5468\u56f4 <a href=\"https:\/\/fas.org\/sgp\/crs\/misc\/IF10244.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1 010 \u4e07\u82f1\u4ea9<\/a> \u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5404\u5730\u88ab\u70e7\u6bc1\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u6e7f\u5730<\/strong><\/p><p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u6e7f\u5730\u53ea\u5360\u5730\u7403\u8868\u9762\u7684 5-8%\uff0c\u4f46\u5374\u50a8\u5b58\u7740 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/ncomms13835#:~:text=Wetlands%20contain%20a%20disproportionate%20amount,the%20accumulation%20of%20organic%20matter.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">20-30%<\/a> \u5360\u5168\u7403\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u78b3\u542b\u91cf\u7684\u4e00\u534a\u3002\u571f\u58e4\u78b3\u5bf9\u7ef4\u6301\u5168\u7403\u6c14\u5019\u7a33\u5b9a\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4f46\u6e7f\u5730\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u6b63\u53d7\u5230\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u5a01\u80c1\u3002\u6e7f\u5730\u5bf9\u964d\u6c34\u548c\u6e29\u5ea6\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u975e\u5e38\u654f\u611f\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4f4d\u4e8e\u6cbf\u6d77\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u9762\u4e34\u6d77\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u5347\u548c\u6076\u52a3\u5929\u6c14\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u878d\u51b0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>\u51b0\u539f\u548c\u51b0\u5ddd\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u592a\u9633\u5149\u53cd\u5c04\u56de\u592a\u7a7a\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u661f\u7403\u4fdd\u6301\u51c9\u723d\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u51b0\u6b63\u5728\u8fc5\u901f\u878d\u5316\u3002\u81ea 1992 \u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u8986\u76d6\u683c\u9675\u5170\u5c9b\u548c\u5357\u6781\u6d32\u7684\u51b0\u76d6\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u5757\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/newsreleases\/epa-relaunches-climate-indicators-website-showing-how-climate-change-impacting-peoples\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1,000 \u4ebf\u516c\u5428<\/a> \u6bcf\u5e74\u51cf\u5c11\u7684\u51b0\u91cf\u3002\u536b\u661f\u89c2\u6d4b\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5317\u6781\u6d77\u51b0\u6b63\u5728\u4ee5\u6bcf\u5e74 <a href=\"https:\/\/climate.nasa.gov\/vital-signs\/arctic-sea-ice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6bcf\u5341\u5e74 13.1%<\/a>.\u51b0\u539f\u878d\u5316\u9020\u6210\u6d77\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u6cbf\u6d77\u5730\u533a\u7684\u4fb5\u8680\u548c\u98ce\u66b4\u6f6e\u3002\u968f\u7740\u51b0\u539f\u548c\u51b0\u5ddd\u7684\u878d\u5316\uff0c\u6539\u53d8\u4e86\u7684\u6d0b\u6d41\u6270\u4e71\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u7684\u5929\u6c14\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002<\/p><h2>\u6211\u4eec\u80fd\u4e3a\u5e94\u5bf9\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u505a\u4e9b\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/h2><p><strong>\u51cf\u5c11\u6d88\u8017<\/strong><\/p><p>\u5e94\u5bf9\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u610f\u5473\u7740\u901a\u8fc7\u51cf\u5c11\u6d88\u8d39\u548c\u9009\u62e9\u73af\u4fdd\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\u6765\u51cf\u5c11\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u30022019 \u5e74\uff0c\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u7684\u6700\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u6765\u81ea\u4ea4\u901a\u3002\u5c11\u5750\u98de\u673a\u3001\u5c11\u5f00\u8f66\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u5728\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u9009\u62e9\u7535\u52a8\u6c7d\u8f66\u7b49\u6e05\u6d01\u4ea4\u901a\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u5728\u5f53\u5730\u8d2d\u4e70\u4e5f\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u51cf\u5c11\u4e0e\u8fd0\u8f93\u6709\u5173\u7684\u6392\u653e\u3002<\/p><p><strong>\u9009\u62e9\u73af\u4fdd\u578b\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1<\/strong><\/p><p>\u5f53\u60a8\u65e0\u6cd5\u51cf\u5c11\u6d88\u8017\u65f6\uff0c\u8bf7\u8c28\u614e\u9009\u62e9\u8d2d\u4e70\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528 100% \u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7535\u529b\uff0c\u5982 MCE \u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/mcecleanenergy.org\/zh\/opt-up\/\">Deep Green \u670d\u52a1<\/a>\u4ece\u63d0\u4f9b\u53ef\u5806\u80a5\u5305\u88c5\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u91c7\u8d2d\uff0c\u5e76\u9009\u62e9\u78b3\u4e2d\u548c\u751f\u4ea7\u5de5\u827a\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u3002\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u78b3\u5c01\u5b58<\/strong><\/p><p>\u5982\u679c\u6211\u4eec\u4eca\u5929\u505c\u6b62\u5168\u7403\u6240\u6709\u7684\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u3001 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climate.gov\/news-features\/climate-qa\/can-we-slow-or-even-reverse-global-warming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u5341\u5e74\u5168\u7403\u6c14\u5019\u6e29\u5ea6\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0a\u5347<\/a>.\u4e3a\u4e86\u5f7b\u5e95\u963b\u6b62\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u5bfb\u627e\u91cd\u65b0\u5438\u6536\u6392\u653e\u7684\u78b3\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u78b3\u5c01\u5b58\u662f\u4ece\u5927\u6c14\u4e2d\u6355\u6349\u548c\u50a8\u5b58\u78b3\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u68ee\u6797\u3001\u6d77\u6d0b\u548c\u6e7f\u5730\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u7136\u5730\u505a\u5230\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6700\u597d\u7684\u529e\u6cd5\u5c31\u662f\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u6062\u590d\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6816\u606f\u5730\u3002\u79cd\u690d\u65b0\u6811\u3001\u91cd\u65b0\u683d\u79cd\u67af\u7aed\u7684\u68ee\u6797\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b9e\u65bd\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a \u5343\u5146\u5428\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>\u6062\u590d\u81ea\u7136\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong><\/p><p>\u6062\u590d\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5982 <a href=\"https:\/\/oceantoday.noaa.gov\/restoringcoralreefs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u73ca\u745a\u7901<\/a> \u548c\u6e7f\u5730\u53ef\u4ee5\u51cf\u8f7b\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/wildlife.ca.gov\/Conservation\/Watersheds\/Greenhouse-Gas-Reduction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u6e7f\u5730\u6062\u590d\u51cf\u5c11\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u8ba1\u5212<\/a> \u6062\u590d\u6216\u6539\u5584\u4e86 7000 \u591a\u82f1\u4ea9\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u6e7f\u5730\u751f\u5883\uff0c\u4f30\u8ba1\u5c01\u5b58\u4e86 859 783 \u516c\u5428\u7684\u6e29\u5ba4\u6c14\u4f53\u6392\u653e\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5305\u62ec <a href=\"https:\/\/savesfbay.org\/what-we-do\/restoring-our-wetlands\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u62ef\u6551\u6d77\u6e7e<\/a> \u6062\u590d\u65b9\u6848\u8fd8\u80fd\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5f53\u5730\u6816\u606f\u5730\u7684\u6062\u590d\u5e76\u51cf\u5c11\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6e7e\u533a\u7684\u590d\u539f\u529b\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u6062\u590d\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u7ecf\u6d4e\u670d\u52a1\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982
