North Bay Induction Cooking Expo

Learn about induction cooking at the North Bay Induction Cooking Expo on Saturday, January 27 at 11am in Santa Rosa. Residents are making the switch to induction from gas stoves to improve indoor air quality and reduce their gas usage. Hosted by the Counties of Sonoma, Marin, and Napa, the event will be located at Premier Bath & Kitchen in Santa Rosa and will offer live, hands-on cooking demonstrations by Chef Scott Spencer.
