If you have qualifying medical needs, you may receive additional gas and electricity allotments at the lowest available rate, plus notification in the event of a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS).
Financial assistance of up to $3,000 per year may be available to help you catch up on late energy bills, along with free energy-efficiency upgrades to lower your energy usage.
