MCE’s EV Instant Rebate program provides a discount to eligible customers when they buy or lease a qualified new or used EV or plug-in hybrid at a participating dealership. Rebates are available only at point-of-sale and can’t be claimed after the transaction is complete.

When training is complete, each dealership must sign a Dealer Participation Agreement, which outlines program requirements and terms. Energy Solutions will send your dealership an email to confirm that you may start offering the rebate to eligible customers.

Energy Solutions, a clean energy implementation firm, will support you through MCE’s EV Instant Rebate program and assist you with enrolling as a participating dealership, submitting claims for rebate reimbursement, and processing reimbursement payments.
No, there is no cost for dealerships to enroll or participate in the program.
Rebate funds are typically reimbursed within 14 days after the claim is approved. Dealers must ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate to avoid delays. Payment will be paid by ACH or check.
Yes, MCE’s EV Instant Rebate is stackable with other incentives for which the customer may be eligible, such as state incentives and manufacturer discounts. Help your customers apply for pre-purchase EV incentives before they buy or lease by pointing them to MCE’s Rebate & Incentive Finder. Dealers should verify that there are no conflicting restrictions on combining incentives.
Dealerships are typically enrolled within one week after all mandatory enrollment requirements have been met. These include attending an onboarding session, signing and submitting a signed Dealer Participation Agreement, and receiving a Notice to Proceed from the program team.
