Get expert-led, hands-on training to sharpen your home electrification skills. MCE provides $3,500 per crewmember to attend electrification training. Struggling to find qualified workers? MCE matches you with prevetted, entry-level job seekers who are ready to work. You’ll receive up to $5,000 for new-hire payroll costs and $300 reimbursement per new hire for tools and materials. Build your team without the financial burden! MCE is investing in the future through partnerships like the NextGen Trades Academy, which provides training on green construction, electrification, and energy efficiency to job seekers in Marin County. Earn up to $3,175 for a heat pump water heater installation and receive $1,500 for each permanent heat pump water heater installed after a customer’s gas water heater breaks. This incentive applies even when a temporary unit is installed while waiting for upgrades to be completed on the new equipment.
