سن رافائل و کنکورد، کالیفرنیا — MCE has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by the San Francisco Chronicle. Among 128 small and large companies, MCE won the top designation for best employee benefits.
“We were inspired to apply for the Top Workplaces competition to celebrate the culture of belonging and innovation at MCE,” said Shaheen Khan, Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion. “It is our commitment as an organization to provide an inclusive, empowering and supportive environment for all. That begins with offering the kind of benefits that address the changing needs of today’s employee.”
The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.
MCE’s workforce has doubled in size since 2020, totaling 109 employees. Over 60% of MCE’s workforce is female and roughly 45% are people of color.
“Being recognized for the supportive environment we foster affirms that we provide our team an unparalleled opportunity to reach their full potential,” added Khan.
Stand-out benefits include health coverage such as family planning services and mental health therapy, as well as dependent care. Employees also benefit from flexible and remote work schedules, tuition reimbursement and wellness benefits to support a healthy lifestyle.
MCE was also recognized by the San Francisco Chronicle as a Top Workplace in 2022.
