As part of MCE’s bill relief efforts, we’re offering $20 to $25 off your monthly electricity bills through March 2026. MCE’s Board extended the MCE Cares Credit for another year to help reduce the impact of high energy bills, to provide extra savings to those enrolled in the PG&E California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) or Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) discounts, and to small businesses on A1 and B1 rates. Funding is limited and first come, first served, so apply today.
Note: Households enrolled in the Arrearage Management Plan (AMP) will automatically receive the MCE Cares Credit and do not need to complete an application.
We’ll review your application and may contact you to confirm or verify your eligibility within the next 3–5 business days.

For small businesses: Participate in our Commercial Energy Savings program for no-cost energy assessments, end-to-end project management, and rebates.
