Struggling to find qualified workers? MCE matches you with prevetted, entry-level job seekers who are ready to work. You’ll receive up to $5,000 for new-hire payroll costs and $300 reimbursement per new hire for tools and materials. Build your team without the financial burden! Earn up to $3,175 for a heat pump water heater installation and receive $1,500 for each permanent heat pump water heater installed after a customer’s gas water heater breaks. This incentive applies even when a temporary unit is installed while waiting for upgrades to be completed on the new equipment.
