MCE Materials. I hereby grant and authorize Marin Clean Energy (“MCE”), as well as any persons and/or companies acting with MCE permission: (a) the right to photograph, video, or otherwise record me, my family, and/or my property designated below; and (b) the right to use, reproduce and publish photo(s), video(s) and/or quote(s) taken of me, my family, and/or my property.
Customer Materials. In giving MCE my photo(s), video(s), quotes, or any other materials (“Customer Materials”), I hereby grant and authorize MCE an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully-paid, unrestricted license to use the Customer Materials for any purpose and with no duty to account for such Customer Materials. MCE may use any of the Customer Materials individually and/or combined, and may integrate the Customer Materials into other materials.
I understand and agree that MCE Materials and/or Customer Materials may be used in any media, such as print, broadcast, and electronic/on-line materials, for various purposes, including without limitation, promotional and advertising uses, public affairs releases, educational or recruitment materials, or other endeavors by MCE. The MCE Material and/or Customer Material may also appear on MCE website(s) or webpage(s) or other third-party websites or social media outlets. I agree that the MCE Materials and/or Customer Materials may be combined with other images, text, graphics, film, audio, audio-visual works; and may be cropped, altered or modified.
I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products, or the advertising copy or other published matter that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which the MCE Materials and/or the Customer Materials may be applied. I am informed and acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use, reproduction, license or publication of the likeness of me and/or my property. I also release MCE from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the likeness of me and/or my property, including but not limited to any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, and infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, trademark and copyright.
I have read this authorization and release. I certify that I am not a minor and I am free and able to give such consent. I certify that I have the authority to allow the property listed below (if applicable) to be photographed, or recorded. If the undersigned is signing this form as an agent or employee of a company or organization, the undersigned warrants that he/she/they has or have full authorization to do so. This release shall be binding upon the undersigned and his/her/its/their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
